What's included in the fee? > all the staying (4 nights): 3* Hotel (in shared room) > all the breakfast meal > dinner together the last evening of the tour > private driver in minivan > fuel and parking included > transfer from/to Naples airport > medical insurance > guidance by a professional photographer > photo review and editing session during the tour > ebooks about composition, night photography basics, and a video recording of the editing session What's excluded? > flights to/from Naples airport > meals (lunches, dinners or packed lunch) > extra fee for single bedroom (upon availability - request a quote) > everything not stated above in "what's included in the fee"
Cancellation Policy
The fee includes a deposit to be paid when booking and the remaining balance to be paid within 45 days through bank transfer before the start of the tour. Once the trip is confirmed, you can request cancellation and receive a full refund of the deposit up to 90 days before the start of the tour. When the tour is confirmed, in case you are unable to participate the amount you have already paid will be refunded only if we are able to replace your booking with a new participant (minus any expenses already incurred and not recoverable).
